Artists or their representatives may retain copyright to works of art in the Washington Art Consortium collections, which are protected under U.S. copyright laws.
Unauthorized use of images of works of art from the Washington Art Consortium collections is prohibited. Images are made available for limited non-commercial, educational use only.
No image of any Washington Art Consortium collections items may be downloaded, reproduced, or published in any form or by any means without prior written permission from the Washington Art Consortium, artists, and/or representatives.
Reproduction of ARS member works, including downloading, is prohibited by copyright laws and international conventions without the express written permission of Artists Rights Society (ARS), New York.
